Brassinosteroids (BRs) Improve Plant Growth And Yield

In 1970, a new compound was found in rape plllen, namely of brassinosteroids: In 1979, at the 14th international plant growth substance, of brassinolide sterols such as plant growth regulator was endorsed. The world's sixth largest hoemone, both of gibberellic,cytokinin and auxin synthesis effects, adjust and crop diversification.

Brassinosteroids(BES) are polyhydrxylated steroidal plant hormones that play pivotal role in the regulation of various plant growth and development processes. Br biosynthetic or signaling mutants clearly indicate that these plant steroids are essential for regulating a variety of physiological processes including cellular expansion and prolife ration., vasccular differentiation, malefertility, timing senescence, and leaf development. Moreover, Brs regulate the expression of hundreds of genes, affect the activity of numerous metabolic pathways, and help to control overall developmental programs leading to morphgenesis.

On the other hand, the potential application of Brs in agriculture to improve growth and yield under various stress conditons including drought, salinity,extreme temperatures, and heavy metal (Cd, Cu and Ni) toxicity, is of immense significaance as these stresses severely hamper the normal metabolism by Brs particularly under stress conditions and a possible mechansim of action of BRs has also been suggested.


Natural brassinolide 0.1%SP 1g diluted by 15-20L water and applies foliar spraying, or seed treatment.



Brassinolide is a higher biological activity of steroidal compounds, and widely presents in plants. At all stages of plant growth and development, Brassibolide not only promotes vegetative growth, but also facilitate fertilization. Synthetic Brassibolide has high activity, and is absorbed through the leaf, stem and root. At very low concentrations, it can significantly increase the plant's vegetative growth and fertilization.

 3. Enhance the resistance of the plant to drought and cold weather. 

 4. Enhance the immunity of the plant. Used in tissue culture, regulate the differentiation of the tissue.

Target crops:

 1. Grain and oil crops: rice, wheat, corn, cotton, rapeseed, and etc.

 2. Fruits: citrus, apple, pear, peach, grape, banana, and etc.

 3. Tuber crops: peanut, potato, garlic, cassava, taro, and etc.

 4. Others: vegetables, tomato, chili pepper, melons, cucumber, eggplant, tea, tobacco, and etc.

Seed soaking 24h.
